Members’ Sales Teams

Titus Community organises the members in two different structures called sales teams.

Binary Team

The total numbers of members are organised in a binary system. This means that every member is positioned so that they have space for two members below them.

The person referring a member can decide in which vacant position below himself he wish to position the new member.

The members below another member in this structure may not all or at all come from members introduced by the member, but may have been placed there by another introducer.

The structure below one member in the binary setup is called the binary sales team.

The compensation plan explains how the binary bonus system works.

Unilevel Team

The Titus Community members structure also controls who has introduced the members in the system.

If a member (A) introduces another member (B), this becomes his personally introduced and will be regarded as a member in his first level of the unilevel team. A member can introduce as many members as they want and they will all be on his first level in the unilevel team.

If one of these introduced members (B) introduce a new member (C) themselves, this new member (C) will be placed in the second level of the unilevel sales team of member (A), but will be in the first level of the unilevel team of (B).

The compensation plan explains how the unilevel bonus plan works.

Commission plan

Titus members will receive commission for sales in the Titus Community coming as a result of their own effort or the effort of their team.

Binary Commission System

This will be explained when the Members Product Packs are released.

Unilevel Commission System

For the selling of Ambassador positions there is a 6 level deep unilevel bonus plan.

  1. Directly introduced Ambassadors gives a 12% cash bonus to the introduces.
  2. Next level (Level 2) gives 8% cash bonus
  3. Level 3 gives 4% cash bonus
  4. Level 4 gives 4% cash bonus
  5. Level 5 gives 3% cash bonus
  6. Level 6 gives 3% cash bonus

A more comprehensive unilevel bonus plan will be presented when the Members’ Product Packs are introduced.
